XML ObPlacer?

Arno, wondering if it is possible to create a tool similar to ObPlacer where one could slew around and "mark" different spots FS9 that would be written to an XML file. This would be a very nice compliment to your XML library tool and would be much easier than writing the XML file by hand.

Yes, I already have an ObPlacer XML in my mind, but I don't know when I will have some time to program it. I want to have CAT Fs2004 ready first.
