Take a look at the Screenshots at the new site www.flyways.info.
The scenery will be online in about two weeks. Watch out at AVSIM. ;)
Hi Thorsten,
Nice screenshots :). Your car models also look very nice, did you create them yourself? In that case, any plans to release a library of them? :D.

Yes, I did everything by myself (exept the great help I received from the forum. :D ).
Actually I've planned to make my scenery transparent to everybody who's interested in scenerydesign. So I think I'll present GMax-files not only of the cars but also of other objects as well as "the magic of the night-effects". :)

Hi it looks really great FSDK 2004 or 2002
How did you make the light in the picture db_Preview_401.jpg
I believe you use an FX and did it shine on the floor automatically ?
Anyway good work.

Sorry, what do you mean with that? :o

Not automatically, but yes, I use fx - one for the light itself and one for illuminating the ground.

I used the 2002-gamepack for the groundpolys and of course the 2004 for the rest.
Almost all information I have about this kind of things (except fx) I have from the forum. :) So I think here is to learn. ;)
I think I'm best doing solo projects for I'm not much of a team-player. :o But thanks for the request. ;)

Fantastic scenery Thorsten!
My compliments. The night lighting looks really fantastic actually. I'm very curious how you created it, it's exactly what I need.
Keep up the good work!

Maarten

My first time here and I stumbled on this thread first..
I am developing an airport as well and I created see-through shaded windows for my tower, like you did.... I was about to trash the windows and use textures instead because of night light but after seeing your screenshots I must say your tower (as well as the rest of your objects) ROCK!
Thank you for posting, made a hard decision simple for me =) we will be talking more as I get to share more of my project here so that I can learn from pros like yourself!
