I don't know if this is the right place to put this:...

Could it be possible to incorporate something to the extent of having a download site that had actual flightplans in real life?

ie...

At the beginning of the week, every week, some converter that you genuises who do all of this programming can write, will take a database of all IFR flights and convert into FSX flight plans....

please comment back...

Not sure what you are looking for, but there are a number of suppliers of "real-world" flight pln information. AIG and WoAI come immediately to mind.

That's because they are in FS9 format - whether you install for FS9 or FSX. Convert them to FSX and all should be well.

AIG stands for Alpha-India Group, the supplier of flight plan information to WoAI and avsim. Do a google search.

how do you convert it?

When I tried installing it I clicked on the "FSX" button but it still screwed everything up...

can you send me a link to AIG? Is it payware or freeware?

how do you convert it?Use AI Flight Planner's convert feature. It's well documented in the user manual.

can you send me a link to AIG? Is it payware or freeware? As I suggested in the last post, do a Goggle search on "Alpha-India Group". It is the first item returned. AIG publishes all their flight plan data on Avsim (and perhaps elsewhere).
