Resetting the static cfg & pitch in aircraft cfg

Ok here is my problem. After I make mdl and my model is in the container and I change the static cfg or static pitch in the aircraft cfg nothing happens. The model doesnt change positions on either planes. Any suggestions.

James, both static cfg and static pitch affect the aircraft ONLY when in Slew Mode.

The wheel contact points for nose/tail gear, left main gear and right main gear affect the aircraft in normal (non-slew) modes.

Once the wheel contact points are correctly set, entering Slew Mode should barely change the a/c's position.
