ObPlacerXML file or command not found

I'm having this error everytime I try to compile my library, regardless of what I do. Even after reinstaling the zip download version it says the same.BGLComp and the .xsd thingo of it are on the same folder... I'm completly lost on this one, can someone help please?

:p The parser screen only showed a white page. Fortunatly I got it sorted out by unistaling it and substituting it by the installer version, it was just plain odd...
