Relative complexity?

Arno, do have a feel for how the same object created in Sketchup and Gmax would compare in the number of polygons after conversion to mdls? I'm just wondering if one if friendler on frame rates than the other, or if there's no difference.

It also depends on the modeller. You can make exactly the same model with both tools and there would not be any performance difference.

Maybe since SketchUp is so easy to use, you might be more tempted to add additional polygons. But if you model with care it does not matter at all.
