Hi Arno!

I tried to add a user library but it did not work. What did I wrong:

I assume, I have to copy the structure of the generic.xml. I did so, copied the file into a new file and exchanged the GUIDs and Names. If I try to add it, the status bar says "added", but nothing happens and no new objects or libraries are visible in the list. Even not after a quit and restart of the object placer.

Please help.

Hi Georg,

No, you just need to load the library XML source file (the one that you can compile with BGLComp). After that the library should shown fine.

Hmp! I'm thinking to complex

And I did not read the manual properly: :banghead:

User library objects When you add the XML source of your own object library, a new
entry will be made in this category. Under this entry you can then find all the objects of
this user library. When using these objects, you need to make sure that you distribute
the library BGL together with your placement BGL.
