FSconnect won't work with G2k4

HI

I've reinstalled Ground2k4 and I can't get fsconnect to work. I can't see the cross on the screen when FS is running. I've installed the fsconnect dll file in the FS modules folder. I'm able to get the small box up which enables you to connect but the button remains red, it does not turn green.
