Static aircraft

This question seems so simple I hesitate to ask it. But here goes.
How do I make the aircraft in FS2004 into static objects that I can place in my scenery? Can I also use my CFS3 aircraft as static objects in FS2004? And what about FS2002 aircraft?

Hi Roy,

That is not very easy to do. You would need to have the source code to be able to compile them into a scenery MDL object. Aircraft MDL files have a different format, so they can not be used directly in the scenery.

Some people use AI to make statics, as you can use the aircraft directly in that case.
