View Full Version : Who wants to build a SeaKing Heli with me?

As my next big project is the airport of Kiel/Germany with surrounding "Kieler Förde" area, I want to do a combined project, including a high detail scenery of the airport plus the base of the 21 Westland Sea King Mk41 together with a high detailed SeaKing aircraft including a lot of gimmicks and animations.

I can get all sorts of information, background material, photographs,... as I live very close to the airport and have connections to some of the guys there.
I also could do the modelling-work, but I would need someone to do the gauges and flight dynamics.

Who would be interested in such a project?

At the moment I can't say if it will be freeware or payware, but payware maybe quite realistic.

Some impressions of this wonderful helicopter:

Hey Horst,
I would be pleased to work with you but i dont know a thing about how to do the texture mapping for the helicopter and i dont know how to do a fiar few things in Gmax but i could do base design and i could probabley help with the airport

Hi Sam,

thanks for your reply. Actually this thread is rather old and I'm currently working on other stuff. But the SeaKing's still somewhere back in my mind and I'd be glad to do it.

Unfortunately I'm looking for gauge-developers or flight-tuners more as I will do the modelling, but if the project should come true I'd be glad to share knowledge and see if we can put something good together. I'll keep you informed if I find the time to start the project. :D
