hi Arno,
I just tried to install the
ObPlacer XML v0.83 runtime installer and i only got this; please see attached image.
Please any advice?

Hi Bert,

That looks fine for a just started ObPlacer XML :). To be able to place some objects you must first create a new XML file or open an existing one into the tool. You can do both from the File menu.
