Newbie , create and oplace objects in FSX??

Hi,
i'm new to this forum and i hope i'll get help.

I'd like to add signs showing the names of cities , towns, lakes and so on in FSX Italian scenery.These name will help the pilot in VFR obliged routes.

I've never created objects in Fs so ,please, anyone could direct me ?
Any tutorial on how to create and place objects in FSX?
I should also create an installing file to distribute it.

You would need to use something like GMax or FSDS to create your objects. They can also be placed with these tools if you only want to use each one in a single location

Well, signs are more than 300 and they should work like an addon scenery.
Pilots that need signs add them to the default scenery.

I'll give alook to that applications. Thanks again.
