N34 2.33968 to N34022038
W118 45.87801 to W118455268

This value N34 2.33968 appears to be decimal minutes.
This value N34022038 I have now idea what it means.

Yes, easy. ;)

The first portion is degrees and minutes with a decimal portion of the minutes...N34 degrees, 2 minutes and the remainder is .33968 multiplied by 60 gives you the number of seconds...so N34 02 minutes, 20.38 seconds.

The same with the W coordinates.

Remember: degrees minutes, seconds - 60 seconds in a minute and 60 minutes in a degree.

So just for the clarity, the second format is actually DD MM SS.ss format, but then written without spaces in between or dots. So it is:

N34022038 -> N34 02 20.38
W118455268 -> W118 45 52.68

The conversation has already been given above.
