Correct me if I am wrong. One limitation that FSX has in not being able to add new navigation data like ndbs, vors and waypoints.

Is it possible to put information in a text file and then run a utility program to compile a new .bgl file containing this data? :scratchch

Then put the .bdl file in FSX somewhere, set the priority and they would now be present.

The text file would contain lines for all navdata you want and each line would contain for example: Identifier, type, latitude, longitude, frequency, region, country code, etc.

One of you geniuses should be able to do this.

Well as far as I know know it is easy enough to add these. They are defined by xml and compiled to bgl using BglComp.

Are you saying that there are missing navaids or do you want to add some new ones of your own?
