Viewing 3D aircraft images

Greetings all,

Is there anyway to be able to view the aircraft 3D images outside of fs2004? It would be great if any of you could point to some code/tutorials that illustrate this.

I just replied about this in another thread. Try Abacus FS Repaint for FS9. The Demo provides many features and allows you to load up any aircraft, pick which textures and view it just as if it were in FS, in 3D with the ability to rotate any direction. The payware version is only needed if you plan on repainting aircraft.

There is a newer version that supports FSX I see (v2), but I do not know if the demo works the same, etc.
