Can u suggest a good intro tutorial 4 Ground2k4?

Exploring Ground2k4 for the first time and it's manual suggest I read Richard Ludowise’s tutorial and the Christian Stock’s TMF tutorial.

Question:

1. Where can I find the tutorial by Richard?
2. Appears the tutorials I have found are for FS2002. Are these still applicable for FS2004?
3. Any other suggested reading I take on first? My main concern is trying to change a small bit of coastline (or should I say reducing a tad bit of water to show more coastline).

Yes, very little has changed to the mesh terrain commands between those two versions of FS. So the manuals are still valid.
