Has anyone encountered this in the past? What's the solution? Any help is very much appreciated.

I'm just taking a wild guess here, as it's something that has affected other programs in the past. Within Windows do you have then decimal number setting as a comma or a period? Commas can cause problems, sometimes, maybe, I think...:scratchch
