Hi all, I have added an NDB to my airport and it works fine.
Will someone please explain the following.
When adding the NDB the default HZ is 293.0 and the default distance is 27nm.
Are these fine to use? or can I add whatever I like providing there is no conflict with a nearby airport?

What do the following mean
Compass Point/MH/H and HH
Also I notice that when I view the navaids list it gives the distance as 0.2nm??

Regards
Richard

Yes

Compass Point/MH/H and HH

Relate to the power and range of an NDB as far as I know

It is 0.2nm from the Airport Reference Point

Richard,

Navaids are described in the SDK documentation: SDK Overview/BGL Compiler SDK/Compiling BGL.

COMPASS POINT, H, HH and MH describe the power (and therefore range) of the beacon.
