Scruffy, is this program compatible for FS 9. If not can you make such work so that this good program can work both ways.

Sorry but the answers are No and No. The issue is that ADE is designed to work with the features, tools and capabilities of FSX. In particular things like terrain features and so on. It would be possible to turn them off (as AFX does for airport features like boundary fences) but to be honest that would be quite difficult. Also it means using two different versions of BglComp.
