The changelog.pdf states;
Cross wind runways. Partially automates the process of creating them.
But I've not found where or how this exists. I'd like to see what can be done on PHLI - Lihue and it's two, non-intersecting runways. Ideally, I'd end up with arrivals coming in on rwy 35 and takeoffs on 3.
What have I missed, as far as menu or right click options?
As per the Release Notes Cross Wind Runways are handled via the Runway List.

Start with the lowest runway true heading. Add a xwind giving it a identifier number and add 7.9 degrees max or less. Add the next xwind and add 7.9 degrees or less.
Continue up to within the next true runway. Once all the crosswinds are added resort the runway list so the crosswinds nest between the default runways. Save your .ade.
ADE automates all xwind placements where they exist, closure, markings, etc. All you have to do is add the 7.9 degree spacing and a runway designator not in use by that airport.
A Tutorial for the more complex airport runways such as KORD is in the works.
I looked at PHLI
Select xwind and add 7.9 to 44.9 = 51.8. Choose a runway designator like 5L
select xwind again and add 7.9 to 51.8 =58.7 and select another designator your choice (5R)
Continue until you are with 7.9 of 180 degrees.
Now pull the 18 runway (drag) it down to the bottom of the runway list so all crosswinds nest between 04 and 18. Save ade.
We handle the rest in automation. Croswwind runway will now work for PHLI

Thanks for the Tip Jim,
So I understand this correctly  TJSJ for example rwy 8/26 has a true heading of 66.8 and 10/28 has a True hdg of 90.1 take the lowest 66.8 + 7.9= 74.7 rwy 1/19 then 74.7+7.9= 82.6 rwy 2/20 snadwich the two cross winds between the stock rwy's and walla its complete :) That leaves .4 degrees of offset between the last Crosswind and rwy 10/28. If thats the ticket, this program is better and better by the build

I see 66.9 for runway 08. Check your runway heading again. If it is 66.8 start with that number.
Start at 66.9 + 7.9 = 74.8. Add one more and that will put you within 7.9 of 90.1
08/26 = 66.9
09L/27R = 74.8
09R/27L = 82.7
10/28 = 90.1
Drag down 10/28 so it is last in the list
Walla finished. Save the .ade and compile. We handle everything else for you. Rwy 08/26 an 10/28 are both active at the same time.
Go To TJSJ and ask for taxi to a runway. Whatever runway ground gives you say standby and ask for the other active runway.
Jim,
Thanks, Me and my typo errors, yes it is definitely 66.9 to 90.1
Darn Bi-Focals :)
