By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.
With Photoshop: make a rectangle, fill it with a dirty white, add uniform noise, blur it a bit, than add texture (filters > texture > grain, choose vertical). Then select all, choose filters > distortion > ocean ripple and adjust settings for a bit reactangle's edges erasing. Do the same things for alpha channel, but instead fill with white, try with a middle dark grey!
if you referring to runway, is a simply texture found on google images with some retouch.
Excuse me for my ignorance but is "google images" som kind of a program?
