Unhappy SBuilderX313 Don't Move

May I ask for an explanation about the installation of SbuilderX313?

For my personal computer
OS : windowsXP SP3
CPU : P4core2duo E8600
GrafficBoard:Nvidea Gforce 8800GTS
Memory : 3GB

When SbuilderX313 is started, by the following message
Even if YES is chosen at the end or NO is chosen, as for the program
It is finished.

Though it is anxious about NetFramework, as for the installation conditions
They are conditions like the last image.
Thank you for your cooperation if there is somewhat a hint.
Because it is poor at English and depends on translation software
May I ask for the explanation which is easy to understand?

A cause is not to understand as to the answer from author's Luis Sa.

The person who was insufficient and who saw such a screen of the somewhat fatal program.
I ask for help , if it is here, an advice is given to it.

Hello,

May be someone has better ideas of what could be causing what you describe. The 1st 2 images are OK. The 3rd (about bridges.txt) means that SBuilderX could not read the file bridges.txt included in the distribution. The file is a normal TXT written in English. I can work with SBuilderX using my Windows Country Settings for English and for Portuguese. I wonder if you could, at least to trace this error, switch the Country Setting to English. If that solves the problem but you need to return to your native setting, then I can not help.

Best Regards, Luis

Thank You

It was surprised at Luis Sa .
An answer had already been written if it was written and it tried to confirm it.

Windows Country Settings for English

It goes and tries. Thank you often.
