FSDS2 model in FSX
Hi there. When I try to import my FSDS2 model into FSX, everything works just fine, except that the model loses its specular shine. I'm not referring to the alpha shine, but rather the one that is a part of the model itself.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, Mike |

I don't have FSX yet but my guess is you need to add a specular map...

I think you're probably right. I wonder of there's any way to get an FSFS2 model to recognize that?

Many thanks, Felix. A slow loading texture in FSX revealed that specular shine was inded there - but I'd forgotten to check the reflective textures box in FSDS.
