• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Talented guy ..wish I could even get my model textured or animated :( You are very good at this and can take an idea or concept to completion with video to match! Great stuff!

Lol, thanks!
Well, these textures were enhanced by a friend of mine that has a LOT more experience at repainting than me.
About the video, that's just a huge amount of free time I have during holydays... :D

free time on not...talent shows and you have it...even your signature image is great...

I've tried your S-46 last night for the first time. Interesting FDE. Rolls at idle on the ground, but has trouble going faster than Mach one. Shudders close to the sonic barrier, but in turn does not stall or spin. :D

The version without canards doesn't have ailerons, btw.

Btw: I absolutely loved the VC with its futuristic gauges!

Thanks! Well, the ailerons are animated with the aileron tag, and not the aileron_percent tag, so they don't move much.
The speed issues are quite weird I must say. I'll increase the power on the S-46N.

Hey, Heretic , just curiosity, are you workng on a Casa 235 or 295 airplane, I saw this in a post( the picture attached),and first of all,it's a Casa 235 ? is an airplane that would like to do, if yes, will be payware.

Not a CASA at all. (Seriously, just compare the cockpit windows.)

Do it if you want to.

As you can see, I added the jammer pods under the wings and now I'm waiting for the whole texture pack to be done so I can release the plane.

Heheh, yeah! And on this version the HUD has a touchscreen mode with roll down menus and a help function, as you can see in the picture.

Yeah. I got lots of people asking: Oh why won't you add a tailhook so we can land it on a carrier!? :D

Wow, that sounds cool.

I hope the cockpit also works with the non-carrier versions.

Ah, that it won't do... I only updated it for the naval version... But you can grab it's gauges and place them in the default Orca. Though the options won't trigger any animation in that model...

Okay.

Speaking of gauges: The secondary ones in the canopy stay in place if the canopy is opened.
Shouldn't they move with the canopy instead?

Actually they're displayed on the helmet mounted HUD, as you can see in the exterior view the pilot has all that gadgetory attached to his helmet.
