    Hi,

I am new this forum and would like to ask a question. I am not new to FS but have just come off a 17-month sabatical from FS. With a new computer, I decided to give FSX another shot. More than two years ago, I attempted to create a small landing field for FSX. It never worked out quite right because I could not figure out how to "flatten" the area as I used to do with FS9. Is there a way to do that in FSX? I listed the progs I am using, above.

I created a few small airports for FS9 successfully and used the flatten command in the scenery.cfg file. But that didn't work for me in FSX. Maybe I was doing something wrong or maybe there is a separate utility for that purpose. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Tim

    Hi Gary,

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. I got the new manual and looked at it and solved the problem already! That was easy. Thanks again.

    Tim
