    Hello guys,

This is my very 1st post in this amazing forum,

I'm trying to develop a new airport scenery for Kuwait Int. Airport using Gmax. but I'm having a problem with my ground poly as showing in the photo below, any idea?

I had the same problem before with sketchup, but it disappears once I broke it to multi MDLs.

the question is, is there a specific area can one ground poly covers?

    Thanks in advance gpoly.jpg

Is the underlying terrain flattened? Are those brown polys supposed to be there?

I had a similar problem. It turned out to be the earth curvature correction which was messing up a very long poly consisting of several large segments(faces).

Try subdividing the poly into more segments(Faces) before exporting it to P3D.

Doing so seemed to fix the issue for me.

    Hope this helps.

Yes Shaun, I've done the flatten, and the brown is the texture of the centerline

I've done the earth curvature correction in MCX, but as I thought and as you said it should be more than one poly. but the question is what area can 1 poly covers?
