Hi!
It was a long time ago when I worked on sceneries, so I`d like to get back into it again.
I was experimenting with new tools & features developed in the meantime (many thanks to Arno, Jon and many other good guys here!), most of described techniques worked like a charm (after I do my homework), but this tiny little thing I can`t figure myself:
Is there any way for MCX to capture aircraft position from running FSX when I click "ground poly wizard", like ADE can?
I`m still using SketchUp exclusivelly for FSX modelling which also includes ground polys... So, in sketchup I can`t define coordinates prior to importing the poly to MCX, like it can be done from gmax (I hate gmax... call me stupid or something, but it`s waaaay more complicated and slower in modeling and texturing workflow for me, than SU). So, MCX asks for coordinates which I must enter manually. And it`s really hard to make it precise without some kind of automatics. Is there any easier way other than capture it manually and rewriting in wizard dialog box?
BTW, I searched the forum for this info, but I couldn`t find it. Sorry!
Best regards!
Dragan
