We have now edited all the YouTube videos, we have trimmed away the silent pieces at the start and the end of the sessions. So no longer you’ll have to wait minutes before the actual presentation starts. The presentation will start right away. YouTube is still processing the edits, but in an hour or so they should be done and you’ll see the effect.
