Ugh, really? I was worried about that. I was hoping I wasn't that bad. I don't really have any proper experience singing (or playing instruments for that matter); it was just a silly thing to do before the semester starts. Sorry, I hope it didn't detract too much from the attempt at making something fun. Do you have any advice or suggestions for future reference? (Although, alternatively, in the off chance your post is satire of all the grumpy community comments... well played.)Hits just the er, wrong note. Yer off key!
Haha, yeah, although that was actually sort of an unintentional side effect. When I was writing the lyrics I was initially imagining the up and coming dev trying to remotely troubleshoot some problem on a user's computer, but I like your interpretation too. It was also just the first thing I thought of that fit the parallel structure of that verse. I had a few iterations where the lyrics were quite a bit more jaded though.Too little emphasis on the part where the "king of devs" simply assumes that others will do all the work for him.

It sucks even more to work as a developerboy it must really suck to work for a developer!
