• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Amazing work, Maryadi! Been flying it for FSX-SE for some time now, and just about to try it for the first time in P3D v3 this evening. It's been pretty much flawless for me so far in FSX-SE, flies well, looks good, so I have high hopes for getting some better visuals in P3D.

One thing I'm wondering about though.
In FSX-SE I had nacelle rotation assigned to a 2-way button on my throttle quadrant (TM Cougar). At the same time, I actually use Aileron Trim on my POV-hat, together with Elevator Trim (I use TrackIR 5 so no need for the POV-hat normal function, so I use it as trim like in many reallife aircrafts).
I also fly other V/STOL aircraft, like the Harrier, and of course they assign different axis/buttons for nacelle/nozzle control. Since I like a little bit of consistency in the way my joystick/throttle combo works, I would very much like to assign the nacelle rotation to the same button as for ex Harrier nozzle control, ie Propeller Axis (CTRL+F1, CTRL+F2, CTRL+F3, CTRL+F4). I've come to like button assignments for such functions as we're talking about here, and not axis.
So, is there any way to change the assignment for what command is used for the nacelle rotation? For ex to Propeller Axis/CTRL+F1-F4...?

Sorry, NO.
Main reason is that the PropellorAxis is actually function in the V22 since it's a turboprop; unlike in a Harrier, where PropellerAxis is unused because that has jet engines.

I think, you can add button assignment if there in your throttle quadrant have extra button/switch (2 is required), it will double from your POV-hat.
2nd, in P3D v4 there have capability to save key assignment, it much easier. save and load key assignment depend on what aircraft you using.

Thanks for answers.
I ended up using the same setup that I had on FSX-SE, basically using the the 4-way comms switch on the throttle, binding forward/backward to the propeller axis for the harrier, and left/right for the nacelles on the Osprey. It works, but of course...would've preferred having it on the same buttons. Ah well... :)
