Not including certain textures for reducing drawcalls

Hi all

I was wondering if it is possible to exclude certain textures when predicting the drawcalls in MCX.
I have a few light poles in my model which uses a texture sheet that is also used in other models.
When I click on the predict drawcalls button, it is being put into a bigger sheet.
I would like to prevent that the texture is being included in the calculation. How can I do this?

Best regards

Hi,

At the moment there is no way to tell the drawcall minimizer to exclude certain textures. The only work around I can think of is temporarily remove the textures, so that MCX can't load them. In that case they will be skipped.

Allright so i remove them from the folder, but not in MCX itself by clicking remove?

No, you should not remove the material in MCX, just make sure that when loading the textures images they can't be found.
