If anybody else is looking for it too:
google for FlusiFix - a freeware program
in Version 4.3 or newer you can adjust the traffic speed.
The program changes the parameters for all simobjects -
a WONDERFUL feeling...
the cars on the street - especially in the cities ... - drive like hell :-D
Is there a possible setting to configure the speed ?
I love the traffic from UTX Europe - every road with cars - great. Even on Photoscenery.

the texture was already in the FSX/texture-Folder.
But a very good tip with the cfg !
I will try it out this evening.
Perhaps it has problems because my FSX-Installation is in the i:\programme\etc.... Folder ?
SP1 worked - but SP2 perhaps not ...

yesterday night, i made a very big change to my FSX ...
Installed UTX Europe and Justflight Traffic X.
Some things didn´t work - so i followed all readme´s and installed the SP2.
Yo - UTX works fine - i only need it for the traffic and lighting of the roads and cities...

I tested it ONLY with FS2004 - you select an aircraft - or what else - in FS2004 and load the scenery where you want it.
Then you record the action that you want to do - for example drive a big circle with a ship on a lake or fly some circles with a plane over an airport.

it is freeware and very nice and easy - you need fltrec9.dll too...
