    Yes Arno, this is the idea but only if it is not too much work for you. I thought it probably could be easyly added to GPW!? The background is that I make a few FS9/FSX Sceneries compatible for the P3D V4. Mostly they can be easly converted without issues but some are very strange. In this case...

    I have found the option and I was able to add an empty LOD but it doesn´t help. I think it has something to do with the zbias option in the GPW which can be used with the FS9/FSX format.

    P3D V4 I only can see the GP in the simulator if I converted it to an P3D File. If I converted it to an FSX GP file (using the GPW) it is simply not visible in the simulator.

    Hi Arno, unfortuneately I wasn´t able to solve the issue. What exactly is to do with the zbias? Is zbias the same as layer? I´ve noticed that the layers change to the same value as the zbias when I change the zbias. With FSX Files in GPW I added 1 LOD and a zbias of 0.05 which solved my issue...

    Hello Arno, I´m wondering why it is not possible to add a LOD using the GP Wizzard for P3D? It only works in FSX/FS9 format. I´m asking because with adding LODs I was able to resolve issues with flickering GP in FSX and I would like it to do it in the same way in P3D.

    I would like to add an question. I have the problem that the default scenery is partly transparancy. This is only the case when I approaching the airport from a different airport. If I directly load the scenery then everything is fine. Any idea what I can do with the GP to avoid the tranparency?

    Oh thank you! I did´nt know that iti is generelly negativ. The problem is that I can´t see the GP in the sim after converting it to a P3D format. So I thought it has something to do with the negtaiv layering. ..

    PAPI´s with SODE

    Hi there, i there a guide how to create my own PAPI light with SODE? I haven´t found anything so far. To start I tried to place the PAPI from the SODE demo files to an airport. The placement works but no lights are working. I used the static PAPI housing. Is there something more to do?
