    I understand your workflow now. The material editor does indeed edit the material for all modelparts that use it, not only for one specific part. Let me check if I can do something about that.

    Hi, I would check the material settings. Since you see the shadow and normals, maybe the material is fully transparent? If you swtich from textured to coloured render mode, do you then see the polygons?

    Hi, You mean the windshield is already a seperate model part, else you could not isolate it. Then it should be possible to change the material settings.

    Hi, MCX has no function to remove placed objects. I guess there must be another bgl file with the object or placement floating around in some active scenery folder.

    The red cross is the reference point of your object and the pink box the bounding box. If they are far apart that is typically not really good. You can best go to the move tool in MCX and center the object there. That will put the reference point in the middle of the bounding box.

    Hi, The autogen buildings are not models, they are generated on the fly from the footprint you draw. The texture layout is fixed, but you can scale up the texture size without problems.

    Yes, for autogen buildings you can only vary the texture and the roof used. The last is selected using the guid.

    Autogen buildings are rectangular, so the scripts filters out weird shapes that are not rectangular or can be split in a few rectangles. You could tune those rules a bit. If you look at the log file you get an idea how many are filtered out.

    Glad to hear that worked. It seems MS had broken something, but also fixed it again. Not many people use high contrast mode with my tools, so I never test it that way.
