1903 caused my fs2004 to crash to desktop unexpectedly when selecting airports. It also messed with some of the vector displays. I uninstalled fs2004, and reinstalled, updated to fs9.1, and used the fs9_1_nocd, and all is now well.
I think you can use the BMP file from SBuilderX with sceneproc if you create a .wld file (or .bfw file). It's a text file you can create.

I requested a feature in the P3D forums:
seasonal display of objects
Feel free to add comments or approval. Or add other suggestions. It's hard to believe that at this date we still cannot control the appearance of an object to match the seasons.bgl. We still have to patch together a monthly...
Finally, I figured out how to do a wind rotation.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<Animation name="wind_rotate" guid="11ea2877-6bee-41ef-8216-4a3306815e5c" length="100" type="Sim" typeParam2="wind_rotate" typeParam="AutoPlay" />

I imported a dae file. After I exported as a MDL file, I reimported it and was able to add an animation and assign an animation type ( Action01 )...
A small tool to define a region from a SBuilderX TXT file, or any file with lines that contain north, south, east west, and end in the coordinate.
Here's an app that will take a TXT file from SBuilderX, and build a geojson file for import use with the HOT export tool website or for use with any GIS program. Drag'n'drop the file ending in the extension .TXT or .txt and containing lines that contain the coordinates like so...
Yes. Active folder. But LOD 9 isn't more detailed then the defaults of P3d. The sims use the highest LOD, if I'm not mistaken. Most newer elevation bgls are using 30 meter data. The viewfinder panoramas are 90 meter data. And the earth has already been done at 30 meters in both freeware and payware.
Some of us have discovered the HOT export tool website for grabbing OSM data. It's really a nice tool to use. But one irritating thing is entering the coordinates of an area manually. For those who have the Google Earth program, I have a variation of my LEC Google tool. It has a button...
