I will let you know! What exactly are you looking to have done? How big is the vector coverage area? And just to confirm (because some people have different ideas of what vector actually is) would this be create features such as roads, landclass, shoreline, power lines, streams etc?

On a different note, I found that the satellite image that I am using is a lower resolution than I would like. That's fine. So I create an image in photoshop showing the ground that I would like to use:

A side note: are you on Windows 8.1? If so, I suggest upgrade to Windows 10 when it comes out or shortly after. There's a known bug on Windows 8.1 which disconnects the joystick in the sim as soon as you go to another window (and sometimes randomly). It is so...
