Thank you so much Roman, I can learn from that!
My goal was to make something like that, but my code experience has mainly be dealing with a few variables and simple arithmetic. My Falcon 20 was only 2D XML, with 3D switches.
The double code error, was not present in the modeldef. It was a...
I got it to work with mutiple needles as the example below, and custom visibility tags. I would have prefered a single needle driven by the different switch states, but need to study more. Fuel weight is adjusted for IMP gallon to US gallon, to show correct in the gauge.
I am trying to figere out a 3D gauge and switches for fuel level readings.
Most of my 3D gauges are now working but, I am struggling with this one and the oxygen gauge.
RPN is not fully digested yet, and if els is making my eyes cross :)
The Jet Provost T4 have four tanks, and one fuel meter...
Panel and 3D gauges in progress. I Animated the Attitude indicator as my first 3D gauge ever, and it worked!!! Textures are still to be rendered, but gauge vector graphics is nearing completion.
Move "AI Malcontent ERJ145.mdl" inside the "model.xapu" folder (shorter name and no spaces is prefarable)
In your "model.xapu" folder there should be a MODEL.CFG

I have a strange issue when applying either spec or bump to my fuse_t texture.
I have not had this issue before. I have a single seat version using the same material settings, bump and spec with no issues. I have triple checked the mesh, and no changes compared to the working...
No bezel GPS. https://www.kronzky.info/fs/500wx/
Move it to your display while in Windowed mode, and then run full screen mode for no title bar. It works for me. FSX does not seem to "remember" the position, but P3D does. (Must be saved as a situation).
In GMAX/3DS Max it is very easy to change the pivot point of an animated object, such as a flap. The flap often has its local orientation in multiple angles.
Blender is very different... After reading the forum I understand that the suggested method in Blender, is to create a dummy object to...
No, it is just work in progress and still very early in development. Probably FSX/P3D, but other options are considered. I have used AC3D but is moving to Blender. AC3D supports X-Plane, and I have used the plug-in before.
