MSFS20 3D-Model broken after import into msfs2020

Hello Guys,
I have a Problem with importing a 3d-model of an aircraft carrier into the msfs2020 sim. In blender and any other 3d-modeling software my finished model looks great.
But when I import it into the msfs, some parts are positioned wrong or have a wrong rotation.

Below are two screenshots for comparison. I would be very happy, if somebody could help me to fix this problem.

Thank you very much

Are you resetting all transforms? Do this just before you export.

Use ctrl+A then tick "all transforms"

This is in blender.
