3ds max 2017 to fsx

I have a huge scenery in 3ds max 2017(requires V-ray) that does not have autogen buildings, and does not have night scenery. However, I do want to move it to fsx. Can anyone give me some idea what to do next?

What does your scenery contain? Custom buildings? Ground polygons? Some more information might help.

And you can't just export it to mdl with the gamepack? What problem you have?

Desmond, the materials will have to be redone to FSX format. Its all there in the SDK.
Textures must also be resized, like 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096 sizes.
