FSXA AC 520 Milton Shupe

Hello all ,
-
Years ago I've take pleasure with the Aero commander 520 from Mr Shupe and his team.

-
I recently redownload her.
But years have passed since they made her... :(
-
My whish is to make a new one with the standards we have now.

And because I think it's not efficient to reivent what is already done.
I' ve in mind to reuse their model and update it to today level of details.
-
Question is :
Who knows how to contact him ?
I can't choose between the hundred's of Milton Shuppe I' ve found who live in the USA ! ;-)
As some of you are in the business from years.
I ask you.
-
You know ? I don't want to take the work from an other without his permission.
-
So if someone knows him or has an info.
Thank's in advance
-
Daniel

Go to Sim Outhouse > FS2004 forum, drop him a PM, he is a moderator there.

He normally makes the source code of his mdls accessible to everybody and yet perhaps I would phrase the request a tad more what's the word... politely? carefully?

Many thank's.
-
And noted your advice.
English stay quite difficult for me.
-
I'll take times and "re read" before sending.
-
Hope to be " kind and polite" ??

Milton is awesome and listens to requests. He invites other devs to help out and share the load as a team on his many creations. You might be able to help him sculpt this bird into a modern FSX model, though its quality is already amazing. It would be difficult to make it better.

Just to feed back ...

Sir Shupe is :
A great one ?
Really comprehensive ?
Humble ?
Easy to talk with ?
Has sens of humor ?

-
Yes to all.
And skilled and ...
-
Thank's to give me the way to contact him.
-
It was really a pleasure to talk with him.
-
I stay on my project of this AC 520 because I love this plane.
Who know why ?
-
But now I know I 've to be "At the level".
Past these two days just for the engine controls.
For the whole I think now in "months" (a lot of) ...
This is great.
-
Thank to you all here (FS Dev) I now consider this work ( hobby for me) in a new point of view.
-
Precision, accuracy, time to do, accepting to redo.

Thank's for your sharing.
-
But understand that you 've made an "addict" ! ;-)
-
I' ll have a lot to ask !
XML stay a "strange" thing for me for example.
Having "wires" doing what I want.
Tunning an .air file.
And so many others ...
-
If it's the job of "skilled" to share.
Well done !
-
Have a good evening.
-

Daniel
