It was reported and placed on the furthermost back burner. The democracy of the forum made it urgent. If they don't fix it, they'll get another 483 negative posts. That's how it truly works. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. That's exactly how a very vocal minority of VR users got VR in the sim. Good for them. Massive complaints get a reaction.
Actually, the ZenDesk didn't work for anyone in this case. My opinion is that this is a paid beta. It is a constant update for absent or broken items in the sim. By paying for this, I believe we all have a right, or even an obligation to complain when something that was working no longer works as designed. And the reaction from Asobo and Microsoft was silence, until a massive amount of complaints arose. Essentially forbidding further complaints of the issue doesn't promote customer satisfaction, it doesn't solve the problem, and convinces some forum users to just give up instead of giving greater voice to the complaint. A huge 'thank you' to all the posters is in order... but not given. A huge apology to the users and the developers would be in order, but isn't likely to happen. Because it's a beta and not a finished product.
