• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Good day friends

A small update on the float system; long skids are shown in this pictures as well. Piping and hoses need to be added:

Good day lads!

Finally, I am perfmorming some test within the simulator. Still a long way to go... some offending parts are causing troubles and the hard work will be to
find out which one it is. Nevertheless, the 407 is awakening!:

She will look pretty with spec and bump maps once you are done with the FS9 version ;)
I am sure of that bro! You always do a wonderful job :wizard:

Of course, the modeling phase is still a work in progress. When I consider the base model is done, I will upload the project folder updated for you.

Hi!

So far, so good! The Unlimited Export System (aka ULE System) has done a wonderful job. The problem I had before has gone :)
I think I nailed once again; all thanks to the experience gained doing the Bell 429

That looks amazingly good!
I realize it's a ton o work, but we all sure appreciate the effort!
Pat☺
Thanks Pat! Sure it is a lot of work; mainly because I assemble several scenes into one model :tongue-ti :tongue-ti :tongue-ti This is a real pain in the but... however i think it is worth it. Another image; now the main rotor is animated as well:

Still, a ton of work ahead... several tweakings, adapt the 2d gauges to work in tandem with modeled parts, contact points... a lot!
Nevertheless, I am happy!
