• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Good Job :santahat: When Released???

The post you quoted was from December 2014, Ozzy has since turned the project over to Eaglesoft.

It is safe to say you will know when the project is scheduled for roll-out when it has turned for final approach.

Cheers

Thank you Capt_X and Gman for explaining the situation to this guy. I was going to just ignore the question since it has been answered about 658,000 times within this very thread. (Well, kind of answered, I'm not sure if "when it's done" qualifies as a specific time frame, but whatever.)

Hey Ozzy,

Perhaps it is time to request this thread to be locked down.

Just sayin'.

Quantity over quality! It's not the thread which should be locked down....

Shouldn't we also be looking at how many unique posts he's made? (so not just changr the name of the aircraft and ask the same question) ;)

Where I told you. Me

What are you talking about? ...I think you're right Gman, it's probably time this old thread gets locked.

No, why are you doing this to me.

tjsdn1375, This forum is for developers to talk about technical things, get advice from other more seasoned developers, and show off their hard work...hence the title "FS DEVELOPER". I'm hardly on here anymore these days, but even I get annoyed lately by the redundant "when will it be done?" and "I WANT IT NAAAOOOOWWW!" posts that are littering this site. If you want to spam preview threads, I recommend that you go create an account on the Aerosoft forums and make yourself at home over there. But if you wish to stay here, please take the time to read the forum rules and stop acting like a 5 year old.

Have a good day.

You're right, but I got some feeling it doesn't matter what you say to him, he won't listen

Apparently, our watchful moderators have cleaned house and the reason behind the need to shut down the thread has been dealt with. So let's see how long it is until the next person comes along wondering when the Challenger 605 will be released.

Great work Ozzy!
Good luck!

Cheers
Gman

It's been a while, but development is still underway. The cockpit and cabin are in their final stages of modeling and texturing, so the visuals will soon be done. After that comes programming, the part you've all been waiting for...And Eaglesoft is going to do an amazing job with it.

Here are a couple of renders showing the (99.9%) final mesh. Textures weren't included since they can obscure details, but don't worry, they will be shown in the near future. These were the first decent renders I've had in a long time so the urge to post them was eating away at me.
