• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

That's looking very good! Although at this rate we're going to need an A350 sub-forum to keep track of them all!

I don't know what all the fascination is with the Airbus but very nice modelling indeed.

nice, that somebody else is now working on the FSX/FS9 Model for Airbus A350 too...
now there are allready three or four developers, doing the same aircraft... can't wait to get one for FS9!

I've made a bit of progress (don't mind the letters in the picture that is for my Facebook page)

After many months of considering restarting this project I finally decided to pick it up again, but from scratch, the original model was modeled with 2015 skills and now two years later I have improved significantly :)

Here are some pictures of the new model, now don't expect an release anytime soon, this will probably be somewhere early 2019, as I first want to finish my Fokker 130 and Comac C919 first.
But who knows maybe this will be finished before the C919 :p

Anyway this is about 7 hours of work :) enjoy the pics !

PS. Please don't share these pics in on other websites cause I want to keep this development just on this site for now, as last time I did the A350 I got bombed with questions about release dates and will it have a VC etc... I dont want that this time, thanks in advance ;)

Cool but you really have to look at the complex shape of the wingbox again ;)

I know, I just made it so it wouldn't look empty as most of the focus went into the engines and nose/cockpit windows, the wingbox will get more love in the future ;) keep in mind this is just about 7 hours of work :p

I understand, I'm just trying to point it out so you can have a good look at it. It's quite an interesting part.

May I just add my advice here to the way you designed the rear section of the fuselage ?Behind section FR84, the fuselage takes on very non-uniform shapes. Some images, taken at angles, are misleading to the actual shape.

No, I'll show you. This part, the side away from the baluga, is the section FR84:
