Correct Altitude for CF Runway Leg

#1
I have read posts for about an hour so far and couldn't find anything that addressed this.

The default Altitude for the Final CF leg to the runway on an ILS Approach is approx 52' above airport elevation (in this case 697.001').

However I have watched youtube tutorials where the creator was using the minimum descent altitude (approx 200' agl for most ILS) as the Alt 1 Feet (which in this example would be 833').

Which is the correct way?

I think that perhaps the default is that way so that AI traffic is only approx 50' above the runway threshold when it crosses said threshold and therefore would be the correct way to leave it so AI isn't too high and going missed.

Any help or documentation to point me in the right direction would be most helpful.

I have attached a photo of what I am talking about.
