Custom ILS doesn't appear after SDK version 0.19.3

Hi everyone, in this latest version I no longer see the ILS Custom made for an airport, before this version it was present, now not anymore. This happens whether or not I have Navigraph in the Community. Does it happen to anyone else?

But the Navigraph is recognized, my ILS Custom is not. If I remove Navigraph it is not recognized and the Content.xml file is created in the LocalCache

I have had issues with an added NDB, but I am also experiencing possible corruption issues using development software, with incompatible updates. The same airport has a custom ILS that appears to have been unaffected by the transition to SU10, so if it helps, I can review it further and provide details.

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I wanted to ask you if you can also see your custom ILS by removing it from the Navigraph Community. I suppose you have Navigraph installed, this I ask because I see the ILS with Navigraph in the Community, but it's not my ILS it's Navigraph's. It turns out using the Options in DevMode, Airports, enable the draw and tick the ILS viewer, you notice if the ILS comes from my mod or from the Navigraph, it is written in white on the monitor near the ILS antennas. I would like to try reinstalling the previous version of the SDKs to see if they are the ones that have the problem. Then I saw that in the EXPERIMENTAL folder there is a reordering package, I would not want this to give priority to other packages and my mod comes last with impossibility to see my ILS, but this I don't know.

I had a look at your airport XML and I can see no glaring discrepancies. It appears you use the DevMode editor and select default values for ILS effective range. The one difference I notice, is my own DME and Glideslope ranges are much, much greater.

<Ils lat="10.93810487147290" lon="114.07946867425618" alt="3.04754704423249" end="PRIMARY" range="50017.00000000000000" ident="IABC" magvar="0.300000" heading="30.38500022888184" frequency="108.55000000000000" width="5.200000" name="CAT II ILS/DME 03" backCourse="TRUE">
<Dme lat="10.93031027923380" lon="114.07582494904693" alt="3.05064512789249" range="92631100.69526401162148"/>
<GlideSlope lat="10.92334853611178" lon="114.07168300147505" alt="3.00807329453528" pitch="3.000000" range="92631100.69526401162148"/>
</Ils>

I know I wanted a larger range than the 5k meters default, but I don't remember selecting a value that high. Nevertheless, it does work, so it is something to try.

I do not use Navigraph, everything is default, except my work. This airport does not appear in the default airport list, therefore anything added would be local to this machine. I use "Little Navmap" to track my AI vehicles, it reads local scenery libraries and it shows the ILS feather. If the airport is not loaded, Little Navmap shows only the island airport from Openstreetmap, with no ILS.

Thanks for the suggestion, I try this attempt, but the fact is that all the ILS so far made directly in the xml worked perfectly, I tried to write it also directly in the SDK but I get the same results: I don't see it, I see instead the radio frequencies of the airport. Mine is an existing airport in ASOBO, with ILS also by ASOBO, but since it was wrong I rewrote it and it worked before this update. Maybe it works for you because it is not part of the ASOBO navigation then, so it can be explained why you see it. Hello and graces again

I give you the confirmation that the ILS that are not in the ASOBO navigation can be seen, I had done a study airport with 2 ILS and I can see them easily

I think you are correct about the problem occuring because it is an existing airport. The fact that it worked before, suggests this is an unintended consequence of other changes and there is the possibility that updates, or new information will resolve, or help to resolve it.

They should solve, I think also quickly, because common to all developers. Hello and thanks

I noticed the same behaviour too, the .xml file containing the custom ILS approaches that worked before SU10 update is not producing the ILS now. ILS signals are not detected.
It is an airport not existing in the default sim.
Has anyone made any discovery or progress in this situation?

Hi, I found that if you uncheck the DeleteAllILSs item in the Delete Command menu of the airport, you will review the custom ILS. That is, in the aforementioned item, FALSE must appear in the xml. The aforementioned entry is not present in the generated bgl file. If you have Navigraph in the Community you will see the Nvigraph ILS and not your custom ILS. Therefore you have to remove Navigraph from the Community if you want to see your custom ILS. This is what I found out. It would be fine if they removed that entry from the delete command. The problem remains Navigraph, I have contacted Richard from Navigraph support and he is investigating. ASOBO is also aware of the problem. You will only have to tell your customers to exclude Navigraph from the Community, momentarily until this is fixed.
Cheers, Paolo

Grazie tante Paolo,
I will try the combinations and hope for the best. Conflicts with Navigraph are tough, there are many Navigraph users.
Cheers,

To give an update on my situation; the custom ILS export and function of the ILS is now resolved, probably after an update cycle by Asobo, so everything is back to previous normal state again. So I think it was one of those update related temporary situations.

Hello there!
Any news on this??

Navigraph is still overriding the custom ILS I set for my scenery, the only way to fix it is by removing navigraph from community folder??

Any news about it?

Cheers!.

Yes, also in my case Navigraph ILS overrides my custom ILS, even though I change the priority in xml/Package Reorder Tool. I guess Navigraph found a way to override scenery ILS data. Or there is a bug in the Package Reorder Tool..
Anyone with a clue or suggestion to chime in?
