• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hello Together,

i have started with my new project of the airport EDDH in the beautiful city of Hamburg!

The airport is located 8.5 kilometers northwest of the city center of Hamburg.
53 ° 37'55 "N latitude, 09 ° 59'22" E longitude, 11 meters above sea level.

The airport was built in 1911, with an area of round 45 hectares .. this has increased till today more than tenfold to round 570 hectares

Actual a total of 53 aircraft can now be handled at the airport at the same time.

more than 65 Airlines are located in EDDH (incl freight and general aviaton)
to reach about 130 direct and round 1000 indirect national and international destinations for
more than 17.000.000 passengers each year with
more than 150.000 aircraft movements and all that makes
more than 15.000 employees possible! Thank you!

Which reconstruction state are you using as your baseline? The apron is still not finished and some parking spots are only temporary at the moment

100% correct and that's why I did my research and created my approximate timeline to see how I can bring them together.
In the end definitely with the final Version.
