P3D v5 ETM12m Africa - Enhanced Terrain Mesh 12m v2

This is an Enhanced Terrain Mesh SRTM 0,41 arc sec (12,50 meters) resampled at LOD 11 (FSX/P3D SDK). This replaces all previous terrain meshes. This work is born from my passion for the NOE flight (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nap-of-the-earth) with military jet. This is a work in progress (WIP)
Mainly the area covered by this terrain mesh is related to the Angola. This is a project in progress ...

Now, with great satisfaction, a new set of DEM data sources (Digital Elevation Model) 0,41 arc sec with a horizontal spatial resolution of 12,50 meters is available worldwide. This leads to an ETM12 (Enhanced Terrain Mesh) for the virtual world of truly stunning FSX / P3D!

PALSAR – Radiometric Terrain Correction (RTC)

Alaska Satellite Facility (ASF) produced DEM with 12,5 m.
The product package includes the following contents:
GeoTIFF file with radiometric soil correction for every available polarisation. Pixel spacing is 12,5 m for high resolution products (RT1) and 30 m for low resolution products (RT2)

ASF is part of the Geophysics Institute of Alaska Fairbanks University.

In Angola what matters is not coming, it's travelling. Going from one point to another finding out what's in between. Spaces are boundless and landscapes vary from area to area. When you arrive you immediately feel the need to restart, to continue, because there is always a further to go.

Leba Mountain Range

La Serra da Leba is a mountain range located in Huíla Province, Angola.
The chain is placed not far from the city of Lubango and is appreciated for landscape beauties and elevation. A sinuous road allows you to cross and reach the Serra Pass from Leba.
