FSX Exeter International Airport

Been working on this for a while, time to let others see what I'm up to.

Kudos to who can guess what airport this is....

Any advice/criticism is welcome.

Yes it is Chris. This wont be freeware unfortunately; I need some justification for the hundreds of hours I have spent on it. Think I'm on the final stretch (though I have been saying that to myself for 3 months), hopefully it will be finished in the next month or so.

I want photoscenery for it, but the only imagery available is about 3 years old, which doesn't include a lot of new stuff, like the bypass, hotel and flybe training facility, and it costs more to license than I would hope actually earn from this.

Good job! I recognise the viewing gallery having stood there with the family prior to flying off. One small point you might not think important but the A30 needs to be properly bump mapped: it's by far the noisiest concrete road I've driven, lol.

Thanks Jim. I'm probably going to stick with simmarket exclusively for the time being, better rates and the installer is free.

I would not know where to start with trying to distribute through my own site.

My website curiously had many views today, where from? A torrent put up by someone who had purchased it...

Pretty shameful to think a torrent has gotten more attention than the legitimate release.

This chap has put up dozens of FS payware torrents under the very same username he has purchased them with. I've passed on the relevant information to Simmarket's technical support.

Dampens one's enthusiasm for developing a bit.

Same here but I don't care.... I've got enough support from my lovely community to keep me on track! ... Also planning a few freewares for them
