• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

The airport overall does not look bad, but I can help you getting your airport more realistic, the one thing I noticed is that you use separated textures and they are not seamless.What software you using for 3d modeling?
If you want some help, contact me here, there is bunch of small things that can make your airport 80% realistic than now and you will be surprised when you see what kind of technique makes your airport more realistic.You can see my current project LWSK in my threads, look the first image than the last, but I dont post any images for now, there is bunch of new things and more realistic objects, everything is changed from that images :p

Few objects placed randomly just to see them in the simulator, what do you think about them? I can help you about that shadows that gives the object 100% realistic look.

Hey! Thanks for your comment. Everything looks awesome. Im using blender cycles, then baking the textures. Im re doing everything. As therr are many un-notes changes irl. Im also using sime new techniques to re do it. Yes yes... I know my ground looks horrible... I am going to re do every single texture too. It would be awesome if u could DM me on my discord AidasP#1558 ;)

@Tekica123 read above. Also my main problem are the building and ground textures. This is where i screw up. The modelling and shadows for the buildings are perfect. I used a new technique for the shadows in my v2 of the airport, looks way better. Every little part is being modelled and it looks great so far. But the textures ruin everything :(
PS. I broke my finger so I can’t type properly

Hello! How are you all doing?
All the modelling is getting near to finish. The pictures include: Ryanair, DOT FL, FLTECHNICS, AVIABALTIKE, Kaunas fire station, new terminal, tower, old terminal. All night textures and winter textures will be included on the buildings too!
I’ve also attached a textured version of AVIABALTIKA hangar I did.
